TERMS AND CONIDTIONS

All purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By making a purchase you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms.

 

PAYMENT
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal or wire transfer. We do not accept payment via Western Union. If your order is shipped to a Florida address we must add 7% state sales tax. All credit card sales are conditional, subject to our credit card fraud verification system.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will ship to International destinations but you must contact us for exact shipping fees prior to purchasing. We will need a complete address and the UPC # of the product you are interested in so we can provide accurate shipping charges.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY
To the fullest extent recognized by the laws of the state where the wheel was purchased, Velos Designwerks issues this limited warranty to define the rights of the purchaser, and limit Velos Designwerks liability, with regard to warranty claims. Velos Designwerks warrants that our wheels will be free from structural failure under normal and intended use for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Warranties are valid only for listed fitment applications. Installation must be performed by a certified technician and follow WTC Aftermarket Wheel Installation Guidelines. Failure to comply with these instructions shall void this warranty. 

 

Velos Designwerks warrants that the face finish of their wheels will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of one year from retail purchase. In no event shall Velos Designwerks be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

 

This warranty is not applicable if: The wheels are painted or finished by anyone else or a third party and if the wheels are disassembled. Lastly there is no warranty if the wheels are not installed properly ie incorrect torque, lug bolts or nuts, or wheel weights. Damage occurred due to failure to follow completely the instructions set forth in the WTC Aftermarket Wheel Installation Guidelines; Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance; Damage occurs due to the use of a Car wash, (Pressure washers commonly used can cause damage to the wheel, or harsh cleaning chemicals. Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident, impact damage or road conditions; Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of improper use of the vehicle including, but not limited to, on and off-road racing.

 

This limited warranty is the sole express warranty given and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.

 

Velos Designwerks products are not designed to be used with any accessories or adapters other than those supplied and/or approved in writing by Velos Designwerks.

 

To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser shall return the wheel for visual inspection to the retail or wholesale dealer from whom the product was originally purchased; along with a copy of the original sales receipt. Upon determination that the wheel has failed to perform as expected under this warranty, the wheel will be replaced at the sole and absolute discretion of the dealer. Warranty replacement covers the wheel only. Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with dismounting, mounting, balancing, reinstallation and shipping.

 

This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser.

 

SHIPPING
Our handling time is 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. We ship wheels and tires via FedEx ground service within the contiguous United States and Canada. Per our agreement with FedEx, delivery times range from 3-10 business days depending upon your location. PLEASE NOTE: FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes. International deliveries are subject to additional broker, border, customs and duty fees. Check with your country’s appropriate customs office for details regarding your specific order. Unforeseen delays are not factored into the estimated delivery time.

 

Wheels and tires to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via the USPS retail ground service, and are subject to a shipping surcharge which will display at checkout. Priority mail is available for an additional charge. We will ship to international destinations but you must contact us for an exact shipping surcharge prior to purchasing. We will need a complete address and the UPC # of the product you are interested in so we can provide accurate international shipping charges.

 

All TPMS orders are shipped via the USPS.

 

We ship internationally with the USPS.

 

We do not ship wheels or tires to PO Boxes.

 

Wheel and tire packages may be too heavy to ship together internationally. In cases where this happens, wheels and tires will be shipped separately.

 

We ship daily with FedEx and the USPS.

 

All shipping rates within the contiguous United States are included, and no shippng costs will be added at checkout. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and international shipments, a shipping surcharge will be applied at checkout, but we may assess an additional shipping surcharge prior to shipping once final weights and surcharges to these destinations are calculated.

 

Orders to unconfirmed addresses within the contiguous US will not be shipped. Due to the high dollar value of our products, we only ship to the confirmed and verified address which is associated with your credit card or Paypal account. This is usually the address where you receive your credit card bill. If this billing address is a PO Box you should list your actual address as a secondary shipping address with your credit card company and provide the customer service number for our confirmation. If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address we will require a signed authorization and/or ID authentication by our customer service team.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND FINAL SALE POLICY

All of our wheels and related products are made to order according to the specifications selected or approved by the customer. Because each order is custom-produced, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue store credits once an order has entered production.

Customers are responsible for confirming all order details before production begins, including wheel size, width, offset, finish, bolt pattern, center bore, vehicle information, and any other applicable specifications.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery and before mounting tires, installing the wheels, or allowing an installer to handle the products.

Inspect all packaging and products for:

– Shipping damage
– Incorrect items or specifications
– Visible finish or manufacturing issues

Any shipping damage, missing items, or other visible issues must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

If the packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, the damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before accepting the shipment. Please retain all boxes, protective materials, labels, and packaging, and provide clear photographs of the packaging, shipping labels, and affected products.

Do not discard any packaging or proceed with installation until the claim has been reviewed.

INSTALLATION AND TEST FITTING

Before mounting any tires, a qualified and certified installer must test-fit one wheel on the front and rear of the vehicle, rotate each wheel 360 degrees, and confirm proper brake, suspension, fender, and body clearances.

Once a tire has been mounted, a wheel has been installed, or the product has otherwise been used or modified, the order will be considered accepted. We are not responsible for damage caused by mounting, installation, improper handling, incorrect vehicle information, vehicle modifications, or installer error.

Products that have been mounted, installed, used, altered, refinished, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR VERIFIED PRODUCT ISSUES

Reporting an issue does not automatically qualify the product for replacement. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.

When a timely claim involving shipping damage, an incorrect item, or a verified manufacturing defect is approved, we may, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the affected product. The original product may be required to be returned before any repair or replacement is issued.

This limited remedy does not apply to normal variations in custom finishes, customer-approved specifications, incorrect measurements or vehicle information supplied by the customer, improper installation, or damage occurring after delivery.
 
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Any warranty claim involving alleged product damage must be inspected and evaluated before the claim can be approved. The customer may be required to provide photographs, videos, installation records, vehicle information, and any other documentation reasonably requested. We may also require the product to be inspected by our team, an authorized dealer. The product must not be repaired, refinished, altered, discarded, or otherwise modified before the inspection is completed, as doing so may void the warranty claim.
 

PRICING
Pricing errors may occasionally occur on our website. We reserve the right to refund your purchase and cancel any order that includes a pricing error, with no further obligation, even if you have received an order confirmation from us. If we discover a pricing error we may contact you to determine if you would like to complete the order at the corrected price, or send you an email notification that your order has been cancelled.
